Juice WRLD Signs With Talent Agency WME

Juice WRLD's one of the hottest young artists in the game right now, and what's even rarer, he's earned his popularity through music rather than viral antics. "Lucid Dream" was one of the hottest records of 2018, dominating the charts and streaming services. After releasing his latest project, Death Race For Love, he's now plotting on bigger things with a newly signed deal.

Although it was previously reported by Pollstar in December, Billboard confirmed that Juice WRLD has signed with talent agency, WME. Juice now joins an elite list of A-List celebrities which include Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, Childish Gambino, and many others. 

Andrew Lieber of MAC Agency, who previously represented Juice WRLD, said that the artist's management team -- consisting of Lil Babby, G-Money, and Pete Jideonwo -- told him in order to bring him along, he'd have to dissolve his company.

“It was a tough call for [Juice WRLD’s team] to make,” he said. “For me to stay on as his agent I would have had to dissolve my agency and move to one of the bigger building agencies. I chose not to do that, it was an easy decision for me.” 

Juice WRLD has already had a pretty big year so far. Not only did he release his chart-topping album, Death Race, but he also opened up for Nicki Minaj in Europe. He's currently touring arenas and auditoriums with Ski Mask The Slump God.
