They secured $4.86 million for the 2ha property in the Hills Shire suburb known for families with kids who have an enthusiasm for horses.
The property was bought for $3.15 million in 2016.
Master builders Chateau Homes constructed the abode about 15 years ago, designed for a growing family.

The couple have four children, the youngest born in 2019, but the home was big enough to accommodate the burgeoning Berry clan, with six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The marketing by Wisebery Dural selling agent Joel McSeveny advised it had “one of the best pools I’ve seen in a while”.
The custom pool, with bar stools, a slide and a shallow landing for kids, sits in the rear garden, fenced in from the wider property.
They sold the home after about two months on market, with the Berry’s initially seeking between $5 million and $5.3 million.
Realestate.com.au puts the Dural median house price at about $2.23 million, which is down 3 per cent annually.
The peak was in January at $2.67 million. The median time on market sits at 53 days.
Most of his Group 1 rides have been with top trainer Chris Waller, securing nearly $130 million in prizemoney over the years for his owners.
